I purchased a class ring for.my daughter thru a Groupon. The Groupon website listed one turn around time frame and Limoges another.
When I called to inquire about the status of my order the customer service lady was so rude and unprofessional. Then when my daughter didn't get "the ring" until weeks after the stated time frame and the quality was so poor, unprofessional, ugly, and plain unacceptable I had to send the piece.of trash back. Weeks after I sent the ring back and had heard NOTHING from Limoges I called and was told they had never even started on a new ring. Because.
It was purchased thru a groupon....no refunds. So I'm out the money and my daughter never got a class ring.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Especially if your purchase is for a special significant occassion.....Limoges isn't going to share the same sentiments!!!

I purchased a mothers ring and within two months one of the stones fell out. I filed a claim and they have ignored it. Stay away from them.
Cheap Products Rude Customer Service
Do not buy items from this company! I ordered a ring as a Christmas gift and when it was delivered it was missing 2 of the 7 stones that were supposed to be in it.
When I contacted their customer service department they were rude and did absolutely nothing to help me. I have never been so disappointed with a company as I am with them. This is a cheap company with cheap products that doesn't care about their customers at all.
Thanks for nothing. I will never recommend their products to anyone and will go out of my way to make sure everyone I know knows how terrible their products are.
Couldn't engrave what asked, sent ring to me anyway without engraving
I ordered a ring to be engraved inside and outside with engraving instructions. Wanted a semi colon engraved on outside of ring.
Apparently LimongesJewelry can not engrave a semi colon. Instead of calling me and telling me this they sent the ring without engraving.
I called customer service with complaint. I was told that someone should have called me and let me know they could not engrave but this did not happen.
I was then told I could return the ring for a refund but I would have to pay for shipping. I should not have to pay for shipping when clearly the company was negligent.
Their jewelry is junk!

They only guarantee their jewelry for 30 days and it is definitely not "silver". The necklace and chain turned black. It cannot be polished or cleaned. I got a mother's day gift with my kid's names and birthstones on a pendant and after 31 days all the "silver" flaked off.
They told me that after 30 days they don't care what happened to their jewelry. It is one step up from plastic and not worth buying.
They should be ashamed of themselves for selling this stuff. I repeat - it is just plain JUNK!

I ordered a ring for my mom that was to be delivered by Christmas. It finally camera many days late.
She wore it for less than a week....and one of the birthstones fell out.I sent it back according to the company's directions. I have yet to have it sent back!
No communication .... Still waiting.

this is how the company gets you...They DO NOT send you your ordered merchandise, until after 30 days of your receipt. This way you do not have any time to return or have any guarantee...wrong item, wrong size and cheap looking.
did have customer service contact a few times and they just reply on an email, already programmed answers didn't have anything to do with the question I have asked. that is probably why they have jewelry so cheap because of all the people they are ripping off...buyer beware also with their personalized items which I have purchased the names are so small you can't even see on the stones look like pieces of plastic the setting of the plastic pieces also are off
I'm pissed too! Another unauthorized charge!
I boutght jewerly from limogesjewelry.com and about 3 days later i noticed an extra charge on my bank statement. The charge was from Reservation Rewards!
Who, what, when, where, and why are they charging my card?? Please make it stop......
