Having trouble resetting my password
I was sent a link to reset my password. I was unsuccessful due to their website navigation.
Im trying to purchase some Jewelry for my family.
Customer service says I have to send an email to Limoges IT department.Customer service representatives are receiving inbound calls only. Their duties are to answer phone and navigate customers to communicate via email ONLY.
Preferred solution: Successfully reset my password so I can complete my purchase. I never had a problem in April when I created an account, placed my order. I’m very satisfied with the product. I give it a five star review.
To check to see where is my Ring..a Clasd Ring
I returned my Ring for a larger size later I was told that I needed to send $9.95 for Service ... I misplaced my return number or something like that. Now It seems that I might be out of a My Ring.

Ring tarnished
I just got my wedding rings about 3 weeks ago, my Fiance placed the engagement ring on my finger but after wearing it for 2 weeks we noticed it started turning dark. I'm getting married in 4 months and now we have to purchased new rings, and it took almost 1 month for these to come in the mail. Never Again

Placed an order never shipped
I placed an order on 11/9, on 11/20, I was sent a tracking number, the number was bogus, it basically said they generated a label, but the USPS never received the item, I called they said the item was sent to USPS. Post office said a label was generated, but no item was ever sent to them with that label.
They scan every package with a tracking label, and this was never scanned, big hoax. Calling them tomorrow and demanding a refund. I've read other complaints on BBB and same scam, generated labels, with no pkgs attached to them, then their response is we can't be held accountable once it has been shipped. Although it was never shipped, they just picked on the wrong consumer, I will take them to BBB and small claims.
It's about principal at this point. Buyer beware.

All I get is it takes time for a special order. Was only a necklace with a name. Just how long should one wait when told it would take 14 days and that time passed long ago!

My son bought a Groupon August 7,2020, for a graduation ring for me.price $64.00. I went into your website to personalize it, when I was done and ready to place order, the total showed $260.00 or $270.00 when I saw that it confused me, so I was hesitant in giving my sons credit card number.i know I am responsible for the shipping and will gladly do so, but why is the total showing the regular price of the ring?
He already paid with the Groupon, I do not want to be accidentally charged $260 or 270,for the ring. No one gives me direct answers.

Never received item
I placed an order on April 2, 2020. But I never received an order number or tracking number or the item.
It has been a month going on two months come June 2, 2020.
I have called several times and left messages. The worst thing about this is that the company already charged my card and got the payment.

I ordered a class ring from Limoges. The web page clearly states that the ring will ship in two to three weeks (This is a current "copy" from the site.
The item was not out of stock when I ordered). It is now five weeks later and the ring is still in production. Customer service is quoting a ship time of 6-8 weeks which is not even close to what the website advertises!! This is clearly deceptive advertising!
The return policy is 30 days from date of purchase.
The ring has not even arrived within that time frame. I will be completely screwed if it arrives in a condition requiring return or replacement.

I just received jewelry that I ordered 2 months ago. Read many complaints and felt concerned.
My jewelry was a large quantity and reasonably priced. Just want you to know that I was very pleased. I am an "87 year old" mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Having such a large family, I could never afford things that I would have liked to give my children.
Now I find that I am able to surprise my children. Thanks Limo genes for making this possible.

I ordered a class ring-I sent out a email, responding to they wanted my input on my item. I explained no item was ever delivered.
Is there something that can be done. Our mailbox is out on street-they needed to have it delivered to post office and signed for. My email is ----mary_cruz26@***.com. I would like a update on my order, we had been keeping watch and nothing ever came in mailbox.
