Scam?
Eventually, they finally cancelled the wrong order. I sent new order as I still wanted an inexpensive class ring.
It took a while, but I got it yesterday.
It’s pretty...a bit cheap looking, but that’s what I expected. As long as it doesn’t turn my finger green, I’ll be fine with it!
I just noticed on the order confirmation for the ring I ordered yesterday that the date is wrong. Wonder if they do that on purpose.
I sent an email last night and got a case number, but no one contacted me.
I just called...was on hold for 15 minutes before system hung up on me. Called back...they put me on hold and told me it’s already in production and they probably cannot correct it.
But, if they can’t, I can send it back to get corrected.
We’ll see, but I have a feeling I’ve been scammed. I will challenge the charge to my card if they do not make this right.

I ordered a 4 sided bar necklace for my 13 yr old niece for Christmas (on Black Friday). I received it 3 days before Christmas.
In the picture, the letters are large and clear, in reality the letters looked like they’d been stamped too hard with the tiniest typewriter key. I seriously thought I’d received someone else’s by mistake. At first glance it looked like symbols instead of letters. I have good eyesight and I couldn’t read it at all.
So, I got a magnifying glass and was able to make out part of the name. It’s useless. So disappointed that i thought I was ahead of the game and now I won’t be able to have anything made for my niece in time for Christmas. Even worse, I ordered 6 different personalized necklaces for all my nieces (all on the same day) and the others haven’t arrived yet.
I can only hope that the others will look better than this one.
Regardless, I won’t ever purchase anything from this company again. Even if the others turn out well, I still have one niece who won’t recieve a personalized necklace like the rest of her sisters and cousins.

From Brad's Deals I linked in and ordered this Sterling Silver 4-sided bar Neckless with my daughter's family's names engraved on it for her Mother's Day present. I have waited a month for the engraved Sterling Silver Bar Neckless. Nothing has arrived!
Brad's Deals should never advertise for these people. Brad's Deals are better than that. I have never had any trouble with items on Brand's Deals site.
I was not able to sign onto their website, either! They seem to have a static or still website that has no clickable buttons.
I am so sorry I ever thought I could get my daughter a beautiful personalized present for Mother's Day. When I leave this site, I am going to the Better Business Bureau and fill out a rating form for Limogesjewelry.

The lady was super rude , very unprofessional and argumnetative when some one shows there feeling of frustration its not for your employee to say things to complicate things worse with smart remarks. Jessi needs to be retrained on moral and empathy as well as what customer service intells. I suggest that if your plan is to grow your buisness you dont aquire people like ms Jessi employee number - 5907****

Very professional
I ordered a men's class ring from them and I made a mistake on the graduation date. I returned the ring and they replaced it with one with the correct information.
When it came I had not measured the ring size correctly, returned it again and they replaced it with the correct size. I fail to see how customer service this great could be bad. I wish all companies that do e-business were this professional. I would certainly order from them again.
They fixed all my problems that were my fault in the first place with no hesitation. Anyone can make mistakes but Limoges handled it very professionally and in an expedited manner.

Horrible customer service
Customer service was horrible. Spoke to them 3 times to fix shipping address and was told it was fixed each time despite it never showing fixed.
Then they shipped it to the wrong address after I tried 3 times to get it fixed. Horrible customer service - will never use this company again!
Buyer Beware! Worst customer service EVER!
Just a warning to everyone about this company. I ordered a ring and a bracelet on 11/29.
It was supposed to ship in 3-7 days. It's still "processing" they refuse to answer emails and when you call customer service they either tell you that they cannot look up your order, to call back and they tell you that someone will call you back if you would like a refund and that doesn't happen. The same jewelry I ordered 16 days ago is advertised on their website to be shipped in 3-7 days. Don't believe this!
Our Christmas party is tomorrow and we are now trying to find a replacement gift last minute to replace this one and we are still out all the money from what we haven't received. I have a case number for my issue from their company from automated emails but customer service says they can't see those or help with that and they will EMAIL a response. It's a rip off and it's HORRIBLE customer service.
Just remember, just because it's a DEAL doesn't mean it's worth it! When you spend money and get no product in return, that's far from a DEAL!

Yes, I have tried to contact them on several occasions. I did get a response with no help.
I ordered a Sterling Silver necklace the middle of November that was to be engraved. I explained to the rep that my grandson was being deployed to Afghanistan and this was a gift he was going to give his mother before leaving. He needed the necklace before Christmas......Do you think they cared? NO.
IF the necklace ever arrives this will be the last piece of jewelry we will EVER purchase from this company. They say it takes at least 4 weeks for engraving. Four weeks? And then it will have to be processed for shipping.
The rep couldn't even tell me how long that would take. I did not know all of this at the time of ordering. They also said they could not guarantee it would arrive by Christmas. What company doesn't go into overtime during the holidays to make certain your order arrives.
And the way the reps talk to you...like they could care less about their job. I tried to cancel the order and they will not let me. Can anyone tell me why they can't cancel the order if it hasn't even been engraved?
Watch out people.....they sell this jewelry at Macy's, boutiques, etc. If it says "Limoges Jewelry" don't buy.

HORRIBLE
I order a charm bracelet with 3 charms. nothing custom.
After 2 weeks STILL no shipping. I emailed the company twice with no response. I called twice and got a rude customer service "agent" who told me that the item wouldn't ship until next week. When I asked to please cancel I was told they couldn't cancel because it would ship next week.
If an item hasn't shipped and isn't shipping any time soon then why can i not cancel? I was informed that my request would be provided to her superior.
When asked for a reference number or cancelation number I was told "You don't need those." The customer service people interrupt you and give you generic answers without giving you an actual answer. I made the mistake of not reading reviews before purchasing from this scam company.

Got a class ring for over $100 and it is garbage. It said it was sterling silver but abiut two weeks of wearing it, it turned my skin green.
The gem was not as advertised had to send it back and get a different gem because of how untrue the online portrayal was. I paid good money for a piece of junk that you could get from a gumball machine.
Which they tried to charge over $300 for. Complete garbage.
Limoges Class Ring....JUNK!!!!
NEVER order from Limoges! I ordered a high school ring from them.
It was over $100 and absolute junk! It looked like a ring from a gumball machine...JUNK...SERIOUSLY! 1. The name of my high school was not legible; it was blurry.
2. The back was open, the metal thin and unfinished. 3. The stone was held on through the open back by four thin prongs that broke off in two weeks and the stone fell out.

The entire ring was made out of a thin, cheap metal, that appeared to be spray painted with metallic silver (one reason why the writing was not legible). I will NEVER buy anything from Limoges again...VERY POOR QUALITY!!

I ordered seven heart necklaces engraved, it took a little long to ship , the names were engraved a little on the small size but no problems at all or any horror story here. :) thank u Limoges for making my experience a pleasant one !!

Wish I saw this before I ordered. Placed Order 8/8, they charged my card 8/8.
I called today to check on status and was told they just started my order 8/20 because they thought it was fraudulent. I asked why they didn't call me, I needed the ring by 9/3 and "Monica, the supervisor" told me I didn't need to be so upset".
I hung up before I said something I should not say. If this is what I think it is I am definitely contacting the BBB and the attorney general's office.
